    Ideal for beach vacationers, this apartment hotel is situated in a quiet area in Puerto del Carmen, about 5 minutes from the sandy beach. Options for nightlife and entertainment, including bars, nightclubs and restaurants, are located about 450 yards away. It is about 8 miles to Lanzarote (ACE) Airport.


    Facilities
    Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 46 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe and a laundry service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.


    Rooms
    Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms include a sofa bed. Guests can also reserve separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has 46 non-smoking rooms.


    Sports/Entertainment
    While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
