Location
Perfect for parents with children, this apartment hotel is located approximately 2 miles from the center of Pamporovo. In winter, the region is especially popular with active vacationers and mountain enthusiasts, not least because the downhill slopes are right outside the door. Cross-country trails, which meander through the area's snow-covered landscapes, are also just a stone's throw from the apartment hotel.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 300 apartments located in two 5-story buildings with elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a playroom, medical assistance and a hairdresser. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A television with satellite/cable channels comes standard in the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower.

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. A dance club and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
