This urban hotel is located about 100 yards from tourist attractions, and the center of Nice can be reached in 60 yards. The region is known for a popular alpine ski area (about 30 miles to the slopes). The network of cross-country trails begins about 70 yards away. It is approximately 3 miles to Nizza (NCE) Airport.


Facilities
39 rooms, including junior suites, 11 single rooms and 23 double rooms, are located on 4 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a coat check, a baggage storage service, a safe, a newspaper stand, a 24-hour security service, a transfer service and room service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.
