Location
Particularly great for parents with children, this ski hotel is ideally located in the heart of Saalbach. The region is popular with active vacationers as well as those seeking peace and quiet. In winter, skiing reigns. Located about 30 yards away, the slopes guarantee an adrenaline rush. Cross-country trails meander through dreamy winter landscapes and begin about 1 mile away. Innsbruck (INN) Airport is located about 110 miles away, and it is 55 miles to Salzburg (SZG).


Facilities
The hotel has 42 junior suites, 4 suites and 25 double rooms, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, room service and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well.


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with central heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. This is a good hotel in the heart of Saalbach. We were there on the last week of the ski season so as the hotel wound down the service dropped a bit. The barman and our waiter through the week were...
