    This apartment hotel is situated approximately 550 yards from the sandy beach, in a lively area right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. It is an ideal point of departure for beach vacationers who'd like to get to know the area better.


    Facilities
    The apartment hotel has 231 apartments, which are located on 2 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A currency exchange service and a conference room are available. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on vacation. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.


    Rooms
    The rooms include central heating, a kitchen and a bathroom. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Separate bedrooms are available. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
