The hotel was built in 1907. 7 rooms, including single rooms and 6 double rooms, are located on 3 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a car rental service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station.
