This urban hotel is situated on a main road in Acireale, approximately 3 miles from the sea. Guests can reach the center after about 1 mile.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 30 suites, 20 single rooms and 80 double rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. The hotel provides a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for no extra charge. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service to explore the surrounding area.


Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
