Location
Centrally located in Playa del Ingles, this hotel is a few yards from the beach. Public transportation stops are just outside the door.

Facilities
Guests have a choice of 14 single rooms and 221 double rooms located in a 9-story main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. At this hotel, which includes an elevator, guests are warmly welcomed by the multilingual staff (English, German, French). The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. Services and facilities include a TV room, a complimentary babysitting service on request, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use.

Sports/Entertainment
The pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, miniature golf and golf or, for a fee, horseback riding. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports program, which includes jet skiing, banana boat rides, diving and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating and sailing available for a fee. A wide range of indoor sports are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-aging treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a steam bath. Meals
The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and half board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
