This family-friendly hotel is situated right on the sandy beach, in a lively area right in the heart of Cala Ratjada. It is an ideal point of departure for families who'd like to get to know the area better. The nearest airport is Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI), situated approximately 45 miles away.

Facilities
The hotel was modernized in 2015. The hotel has 152 rooms, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by 3 elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage (for a fee), subject to availability. Other services include a car rental service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a wake-up call service and a laundry service. Bicycle storage for no extra charge is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 2 conference rooms.

Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. For the littlest travelers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Other features include internet access, a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and a radio. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be reserved. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment
Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
