This conference hotel is situated on a main road in Agia Marina, just a few yards from the sandy beach. The tourist attractions can be reached within about 4 miles. It is about 100 yards to the nearest restaurants and bars. It is about 15 miles to the nearest airport, Chania (CHQ), and Heraklion (HER) is around 100 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 88 apartments and 49 studios located in a 9-story main building and an auxiliary building. At this property, which includes an elevator and a 24-hour reception desk in the lobby, a check-in/check-out service is available around the clock. Services such as a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. Bicycle storage is available to guests.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
