Location
Ideal for beach vacationers and families, this family-friendly hotel is located in Santa Ponsa and is about 400 yards from the public sandy beach. The center is about a quarter mile away. The nearest airport is Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI), situated approximately 20 miles away.



Facilities
The hotel was modernized in 2015. Guests are warmly welcomed at the reception desk in the lobby. 125 rooms are available. The hotel provides a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom, medical assistance, a wake-up call service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for a fee.



Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a desk and, for a fee, a safe. All kitchenettes come with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Internet access, a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and a radio provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. 2 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be reserved. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.



Sports/Entertainment
Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. There are a variety of recreational facilities and services to choose from, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and a solarium. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
