This urban hotel is located in the center of Rome. A nearby river is a major natural feature of the area. It is about 450 yards to the nearest public transportation. The nearest airport is Rome - Ciampino (CIA), located about 10 miles away. Rome - Fiumicino (FCO) Airport is approximately 15 miles away.


Facilities
20 apartments are located on 7 stories and can be reached by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a babysitting service and a childcare service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and 20 non-smoking rooms.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
