    This apartment hotel is situated about 250 yards from the sandy beach, in a lively area right in the heart of Praia da Manta Rota. It is an ideal point of departure for beach vacationers who'd like to get to know the area better. The nearest airport is Faro (FAO), situated approximately 30 miles away.


    Facilities
    Guests have a choice of 52 apartments located in two 3-story buildings. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom, medical assistance, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service. Bicycle storage is also available.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has 52 non-smoking rooms.


    Sports/Entertainment
    While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis and billiards.


    Meals
    Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Half board can be booked. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner.

    Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
    • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

    • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
