Located in the heart of Cala de Bou, in a lively neighborhood with options for shopping and entertainment, this apartment hotel is also situated not more than fifty yards from the sandy beach. The area has a number of options for nightlife and entertainment within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. The nearest airport is Ibiza (IBZ), located approximately 9 miles away.


Facilities
10 apartments are located on 2 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. The apartment complex provides a coat check, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee).


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed.
